Six small bets. Each with a kill date.

Money Maker runs a portfolio of small online businesses. It finds and tests ideas on its own. It can't spend a penny you didn't approve.

Decision log

This board is a mockup running in your browser, with example data and sandbox payments only. While it's on screen, autopilot moves the example clock on a day at a time inside approved budgets. It pauses when you interact or engage the stop, and stays still if you prefer reduced motion. Approval is simulated here. In the product it happens in the Approval Centre, signed in, with a step-up check for spend.

    Why small bets

    Signal before scale.
    Not the other way round.

One big bet teaches you one thing, slowly and expensively. Six small ones teach you six things, cheaply, and on a schedule you set up front.

    1. 01

      Cheap tests

The aim is under £40 per experiment. A bad idea should cost you a takeaway, not a quarter.

    2. 02

      Kill dates, set in advance

Every experiment gets one before a penny moves, somewhere between day 60 and day 180. Nobody gets to argue with it later, including you.

    3. 03

A winner is a new decision

Good signal doesn't grow the budget. Scaling or cloning a winner needs a fresh proposal that you approve.

    4. 04

      Every loss leaves a note

A killed test logs what it spent and what it learned. The ledger is append-only, so the history stays honest.

    How a bet runs

    Discovery runs on its own.
Launch and spend wait for you.

    1. 01

      Discover

Scans permitted sources for small UK business ideas. Sandbox source today; official-API sources planned.

    2. 02

      Score

Scores each idea with evidence. Weak or non-compliant ones get refused, with a reason.

    3. 03

      Propose

Drafts a hypothesis, success metrics, kill criteria, a compliance checklist and a hard budget.

    4. 04Only you

      You approve

In the Approval Centre. Signed in, with a step-up check before any spend.

    5. 05

      Build

Re-quotes the domain first and refuses premium or over-ceiling prices. Sandbox registrar today. Builds an AA-accessible site from your articles.

    6. 06

      Publish

Deploys to a sandbox host today; live hosting planned. Sitemap and robots included. Skips when nothing changed.

    7. 07

      Measure (planned)

Will track the success metrics the proposal named, against the kill criteria.

    8. 08

      Kill or scale

The kill date arrives, between day 60 and day 180. Weak signal gets killed. A winner needs a new proposal.

    Budgets and approvals

    Money never moves without
an approved proposal that covers it.

Three envelopes. The smallest one wins.

Nested budgets: platform month envelope contains brand wallets, which contain proposal budgets. A spend must fit the smallest remaining one. PLATFORM · £250 base + reinvestment credit BRAND WALLET · topped up by you PROPOSAL BUDGET · e.g. £39.00 spent reserved running jobs count new spend must fit here

A spend has to fit the smallest remaining envelope. Money reserved for running jobs counts too, so two jobs can't spend the same pound. Retries reuse the same reservation.

Brand wallets take a payment method you attach and top up. Sandbox cards in development. Stripe is planned.

Approval binds to one exact version.

A proposal is the only way authority enters the system. Each version is frozen and fingerprinted.

Autopilot. You pick how much runs unattended.

Today you set one workspace-wide mode. Per-brand, per-channel and per-proposal settings are planned. The most restrictive setting wins.

    • OFFNothing runs, even when you click. The default when nothing is set.
    • ASSISTActs only when you click.
    • AUTONOMOUSRuns unattended inside the approved envelope.
    • FULLSame as autonomous today. Later it may draft follow-on proposals. It still can't approve them.

Resolve a Reddit action (brand and channel settings planned)

No mode can approve a proposal, raise a budget, change an allow list, release the emergency stop, or move money on a chat reply.
    The authorise gate

    Ten checks before every action.
First failure wins. Every decision logged.

      Compliance checklist in every proposal

      • UK GDPR and PECR
      • CAP Code and affiliate disclosures
      • Legal pages on every site

The compliance checklist is part of the fingerprinted proposal you approve. Enforcing it before submit is in development.

      Things it won't do

      • CAPTCHA bypass, fake reviews or spam
      • Cold outreach or browser-automated social posting
      • Dropshipping or advice products
      • Paid ads without a spend proposal

      Trust, in plain terms

A WhatsApp "yes" is never a payment approval. Design rule: anything it reads, from web pages to AI output, is data, never instructions. Prompt-injection defences are planned. The ledger is append-only in the database. Money is whole pence, time is UTC. Spend approvals need a step-up check.

      FAQ

      Straight answers.

The daily digest comes by email or WhatsApp. Telegram is for critical alerts only. Alerts inform. They never authorise money.

      Does it guarantee income?

No. It runs cheap tests and shows you the evidence. Plenty of small bets fail. That's why they're small, and why each one has a kill date.

Can it spend money without me?

No. Money only moves under an approved proposal that covers it. You approve in the Approval Centre, signed in with your password. Money and safety actions ask you to step up first, with an authenticator code if you've set one up.

If I reply "yes" on WhatsApp, is that an approval?

No. A chat reply can't approve anything. It can do one thing: "stop all" from a verified contact triggers the emergency stop. Only the owner can release it, in the web app, with a step-up check and a written reason.

What happens when a test hits its kill date?

Kill checks fall between day 60 and day 180, fixed in the proposal. Signal can start to show from around day 30. At the check, it's evaluated against the kill criteria. Weak signal, it's killed and the lesson is logged. Strong signal, you can draft a scale proposal. It never scales itself.

      Can I use it today?

Not yet. It's in development, UK market first, with sandbox payments only. Register interest and we'll keep you posted.
